POOR PACKING -ups discarded wood. Incomplete order, quality should be better-warped, damaged and color. Good communications, Should be negative but I believe the drop shipper and UPS was to blame.

This was not an incomplete order. I asked you to send pictures of any issues and you wouldn't. You said you found the parts you were missing in the box. I also said you can send this back for a full refund. We would have replaced anything you weren’t happy with, and I told you that. We answered all your questions and gave you a discount. There isn't much else we can do when you don't want to provide any pictures.
