The item was priced fairly and delivered promptly. It's visual condition showed almost no signs of use or blemishes. However, the speaker in the right hand ear piece did not make any sound. I contacted the seller. They had a "no returns" policy but they offered to refund my purchase price (with the proviso that, if the item began to function, I should make payment). If the seller would like to request payment for the base and AC adapter, I will forward it.
