It was accurately listed as open box, and the photos in the relisting clearly reflect its condition. The buyer appears to have misused the return policy by claiming the item was faulty, but I promptly issued a full refund after verifying its functionality upon return. eBay involvement was not needed during the refund process, as the issue was resolved directly and swiftly.
