Item not as described the vynil record is in poor condition every track jumps or sticks very unhappy

There was no contact from buyer about the problem - after receiving the feedback I contacted them directly to try and resolve the issue but again there was no contact. All vinyl is visually checked before dispatch. Most buyers are aware that there can be issues with vinyl that is not visible, in these cases I am always more than happy to resolve the problem with a little bit of communication.
