Liar seller, I don’t know where the seller’s good reviews come from. He sent a completely different laptop than described and when I contacted the seller he would not respond and would not allow returns. This is a nearly $3,000 product. This is a total fraud.

We are not frauds, we accidentally sent the wrong model laptop to this buyer and accepted a return the following day during our business hours so they could be refunded in full and perhaps replace the wrong product with the correct one. This negative feedback is simply accusatory. We made a mistake and tried to rectify the issue and they decided to leave this feedback before allowing us an opportunity to get them the correct model or a refund.
