The seller contacted me before sending it. Asked me to confirm it was the correct part. I checked. Realizing it was not the correct one, I canceled the order. The seller refused the cancellation even though they had NOT sent the item yet. I will NEVER use this seller again.
It’s been three weeks now, the seller has neither given me the refund, OR sent the item.
If the item had been already sent, when I asked for the refund, I could understand denying it. But it has yet to be shipped.
