Never shipped my rug even after I messaged them! A tracking number was created. 6 days later I noticed it hadn't even been dropped at the courier. Messaged the seller. They replied "we didn't like the quality, we hope to source another rug & ship within 1 to 2 days". Well after 12 days & STILL they hadn't shipped my rug I paid over $400 for.. I had to have Ebay step in and help. Even after this it took them over 48 hours to respond. Buyer beware!
