We spent more than an additional $100 to purchase an egg turner (description said was included), heater and fan. Overall the purchase was twice as much as comparable models. The seller did refund me a partial payment of 20% which wasn’t all that helpful. I chose not to send it back for a refund because i already had my eggs waiting to go in. I thought it would be an easy fix but ended up not being easy at all.

When installing the heater/pump, it was missing rubber gaskets. It came without the filters, filter housings and filter lids. No chemical dispenser. The inflatable gasket that sits between the water and cover had a 4-inch gash in it, again, useless. The hot tub is round and brown, but the cover provided is gray and square. Finally, heater doesn't work! BE WARNED!
