    Not personalised to my standards. I tried to contact the seller and got no response. I've had 2 of these before and sent a picture of one with how I wanted mine to look and it has been made carelessly. My other 2 were perfect and I still have them, one is nearly 2 year old, but I wanted them all virtually identical as they were for late cats and very meaningful to me. It completely spoils all 3 as they were to go together and hers looks less tidy than the others.

    The issue is with a line between two dates, as explained we do copy and paste all our text and as you added the line on the text you sent us it was added. The layouts and line placement all match previous orders.
