I purchased a used subwoofer/enclosure but it arrived non-functional. I know it wasn’t damaged in shipping because the enclosure itself was not damage. It was missing a few mounting screws and when I opened it up, I noticed the wires were cleanly cut. Reached out to them but they’re slow to respond and offered little resolution. Don’t waste your time and money purchasing anything from them like I did.
