Seller sells counterfeit books. When setting up return seller states BUYER needs to pay return label which is against Ebay policy. Was only offered a partial refund which I declined because the book was counterfeit and was not sent what I paid for. I will be escalating this with eBay if a full refund and a paid shipping label, for the book return, is not provided.
