Manual is a poorly bound (binding glue is failing) machine copy of a Keithley manual with an original product information brochure included. The manual had some water damage at some point in the past and should probably have been graded as "fair" based on this and the binding. Fortunately, the readability is superior to the free PDF versions available online which is ultimately what matters.
