Actually I did respond to the buyer who told me the USPS contacted them regarding slow deliveries due to snow in their area. Never heard further with assumption they received stamps. Sent First Class so no tracking available. This is a free ship deal so I can't afford to buy tracking on these. They simply went the route of asking eBay for refund without asking me to do anything further. Unnecessary negative as I would have worked it out with them.
