Got charged 15 quid for the wrong bolts when these new from Toyota are 3 quid basically this seller is a con artist

This feedback serves no benefit to anyone, other than possibly providing some level of catharsism for the buyer. The buyer purchased the incorrect item for their application despite all the available information available in the listing. The title, item description and pictures show clearly the item that would be received. Replying to their aggressive message, I stated they're more than welcome to return the item for a refund, so I'm not sure how that is befitting of a con artist.
