process was good the tracking was good the only issue that came up was the packaging had an issue when it landed in Canada, the box was ripped open you have to understand these manifolds are heavy not the easiest to package, so it was held up at the Depot in Ontario for about a week the seller was very prompt in replying to my concern but the answer was scripted and not the answer to the question I had actually asked but the package was delivered and in good shape all in all it was positive.
