The fender that you purchased from us clearly states "Unfinished" which means it is a "Raw" steel fender which needs to be painted. If you are not satisfied we do offer "free returns" on this fender which means the return comes out of our pocket at no cost to the buyer.. We reached out to the buyer 9 days ago looking to resolve this issue however we still have not received a reply. Buyer "lesbe-71" is now blocked from any future orders from JTSCYCLEPARTS on eBay.
