The offer is buy 3 get 1 free. I put 4 books in my basket paid for 3 but the order showed only those 3 books. Wrote directly to tell them, they wrote back saying it was buy 4 and get one free AND for future purchase please try to follow these instructions. Afterwards, they did say it was buy 3 get 1 free. I still have only 3 books which arrived wrapped in sicky tape that was impossible to take off without ripping a cover and having to leave a sticker on another.
