    Took longer than what was said but about 5 days. When I recieved it looked at it and found that the buckle that goes around the waist was broken. When I brought it up to the seller, he blamed me and said even if it was broken, it's for decoration and not function. Which is completely wrong, and when I asked him to make it right, he stated that I broke it myself. Do not buy from him!!!

    It took long to get to you because no mail on weekend. You tried to make a big deal out of such a small little thing, tried to hang on this straw,/excuse because you struggled to purchase this name brand backpack which you expected to be perfect, forgot this is used item. You tried to climb the level that you never belong to! You should get a walmart/ target backpack for your son which he will be more appreciated I believe. Name brand backpack doesn't make your son do well in school!
