had a battery inside it. was burst open and all over the inside of battery case.

Seller made several attempts to contact Buyer to help resolve matter w/ no response. Buyer left neg. FB w/out contacting Seller prior. Battery case was intact upon inspection prior to departure of our facility. Battery was installed for inspection to ensure it was functioning properly & stored away until sold & may be the reason battery was all over inside of case as Buyer claimed however we are unable to determine w/out req. photos or provide a return/refund when Buyer not willing to cooperate.
