    This item is flat, yet uneven is much thicker on one side than the other. Original pillow Package had been opened before because plastic cover was taped with clear tape on one end. I contacted the seller and he said he isn't returning the item because it has been opened. How could I find the item not to be good if I had not opened it?? I will file my complaint on September 24 as instructed by eBay.
