The replacement screen came quickly and I used their video plus another that shows how to remove the head unit from the truck—worked out great. The only note is perhaps adding a section of the video on the clamps that hold the ribbon in and how to pop them. For anyone new at dealing with those ribbons, it's not clear and would have been very helpful. Beyond happy to have a fixed screen!
