Tracking information was not sent after the order is placed.
I reported that the item wasn't delivered with the comment "still waiting for it" instead of "refund" because the item did not arrive after the scheduled delivery date.
Then they informed me that they would refund me without any explanation.
I think there should at least be an explanation or apology as to why they didn't send it.
It was just a waste of time and money (for bank interest).
