Placed order on 12/21/23 . Estimated delivery time was 12/29/23-01/03/24. By 01/02/24 order wasn’t even shipped till I contacted support. Claimed they don’t work on holidays. Ok I understand that . But if you don’t work on holiday then you should have updated the delivery time to later . And now 01/22/24 after more than 4 weeks my order still hasn’t shipped. They claimed my order was lost . Completely BS .
