So I ordered a Rockville titan portable array from them and it came in fine. The problem was that the speaker itself wouldn’t charge. I sent it back for RMA and they sent me back either a new one or fixed mine. Once I received the second one, the problem was the same… couldn’t get the charge to hold on it. Absolutely disappointing and right before a gig. Had to scramble to find another speaker elsewhere. Don’t know if I was just unlucky or all their products come with defects.
