Item arrived within 2 weeks of order date; well-packaged; no damage sustained during int'l shipping. Instrument arrived ready-to-play with only minor screw-height adjustments needed to perfect the seal of lower notes (C# & B); spit valve pip initially needed to be swabbed/cleared out with a pipe cleaner. The horn plays quite well given its price-point; a very reliable (so far) & budget-friendly option for woodwind doublers. Con: the case needs time/space to off-gas due to strong chemical smell.
