Item I received was not even close to what was listed and what I thought I bought. I dont understand how a mistake like this even happens. I will never buy from this seller again.

Sadly our shipping personal did mix up their order and sent them the wrong item. We paid for them to return the item and provided a full refund as soon as they shipped the item back to us. We even offered a $20 discount if they still wanted the correct item. Again our apology for the mix up on our end.
