    Thank you for your feedback. As I explained as soon as you notified me, I did send the additional mask the next day, along with two free masks for your inconvenience. Those unfortunately did get lost in the mail, which once I knew that, I immediately sent out a third mask at no charge. I pride myself on treating my customers well, but mistakes sometimes due happen. I'll always do my best to correct those errors as quickly as possible.
