I ordered 2 heavy books. They arrived in a scimpy plastic envelope that was badly ripped, so all the world could see what was in the "package." Just nowhere near good enough. They should have at least been packed in 2 padded envelopes but clearly World of Books knows best. Get a grip, W. O. B. and send books sensibly and appropriately wrapped. This time, for a change, the corners weren't bumped.
