Item received with literally no packing whatsoever, no box , no bubble wrap, nothing. Charged twice the amount of postage cost . Item received damaged. It was my responsibility to follow up with insurance claim . No apologies or responsibility for unprofessional service. Absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointed. Buyers beware.

Be careful dealing with this ebay member..... there are always people you can never please... This person could claim insurance on the item but refuses to. I am unable to do so from my end as pert Post Office guidelines.... the Post office new must sight the item. Unfortunately this person refuses to take the item to the post office and show them where someone wrote the number "16" on the top of it.
