As a taller rider, I needed a seat that would provide additional height and comfort. However, the new seat only offers an extra inch of height and features a gel layer that fails to provide the necessary support. Instead of feeling secure, I find myself sliding forward towards the tank, which negatively affects my riding experience.The company's communication throughout this process has been poor. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I regret the money spent on this seat.
