Conformemente alle disposizioni legali in vigore, il Cliente ha diritto di recedere dall'acquisto senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di 14 giorni ai sensi dell'art. 52 del D.Lgs. 21/2014 e s.m.i.; il periodo di recesso di cui al comma 1 termina dopo quattordici giorni a partire:

- nel caso di contratti di vendita, dal giorno in cui il consumatore o un terzo, diverso dal vettore e designato dal Cliente, acquisisce il possesso fisico dei beni;

- nel caso di beni multipli ordinati dal consumatore mediante un solo ordine e consegnati separatamente, dal giorno in cui il Cliente o un terzo, diverso dal vettore e designato dal Cliente, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene;

- nel caso di consegna di un bene costituito da lotti o pezzi multipli, dal giorno in cui il Cliente o un terzo, diverso dal vettore e designato dal Cliente, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.

Il Cliente che intende esercitare il diritto di recesso dovrà comunicarlo a bit-store.it a mezzo raccomandata A/R oppure tramite l'apposita sezione “Restituzione delle mie merci”, in modo di poter creare la relativa pratica.

I costi di spedizione per la restituzione saranno integralmente a carico del Cliente e la merce dovrà essere restituita integra, nella confezione originale e completa in tutte le sue parti, compresa la manualistica eventualmente annessa. In caso di prodotti imballati in scatole/buste sigillate, affinché il diritto di recesso da parte del Cliente possa essere esperito, tali imballi dovranno risultare integri. Il Cliente non potrà beneficiare del diritto di recesso nel caso abbia utilizzato i prodotti. Se la confezione dei prodotti acquistati sono imballati in cellofan, tale imballo esterno non dovrà essere aperto o manipolato in alcun modo, in quanto il prodotto perderebbe definitivamente la caratteristica di “prodotto nuovo” con evidente deprezzamento del 45% che, in caso di manipolazione o apertura, ricadrà interamente sul Cliente, dal quale verrà stornata tale percentuale dall'importo rimborsato. Il trasporto della merce resa viaggerà sotto integrale responsabilità del Cliente; pertanto bit-store.it non effettuerà il rimborso della merce andata persa o danneggiata durante la riconsegna. Fatta salva la facoltà di verificare il rispetto di quanto sopra, in base all'art. 56 comma3 del D.Lgs 21/2014, bit-store.it provvederà a rimborsare l'importo dei prodotti oggetto del recesso entro un termine massimo di 7 giorni. Salvo che bit-store.it abbia offerto di ritirare egli stesso i beni, con riguardo ai contratti di vendita, puo' trattenere il rimborso finché non abbia ricevuto i beni oppure finché il Cliente non abbia dimostrato di aver rispedito i beni, a seconda di quale situazione si verifichi per prima.

bit-store.it eseguirà il rimborso a mezzo bonifico bancario. In tal caso il Cliente dovrà fornire le coordinate bancarie: IBAN e SWIFT necessari all'effettuazione del rimborso.
