You can only return faulted goods if you have a printer to print the return label yourself. I contacted this seller on 2nd May and recieved an automated message, saying, they will reply within 24 hours, but they didn't bother to reply. After trying to phone them 4 times and getting no answer on the phone, I got in touch with ebay on the 19th May and I finally recieved a refund. Avoid this seller
