    The item was clearly used. Interior boxes had Previn been torn open, minor items were missing.  Both poles had easily visible dents, and the Rockville label has been torn off one, leaving behind adhesive . I am well aware it is customary to allow the seller to have a chance to fix problems, but I genuinely do not have time to mess with things like that. I will keep the stands, and I may even buy more because they’re a solid product at a good price, but they were not new or first quality.
