    Quality of product is very good. Delivery was appalling. The company was instantly notified with photos. The package was ripped in 2 places. it was raining when left on my doorstep for hours. The bean bag was soaked through and had a pungent smell of smoke on it. As I had no response from the company of my complaint I scrubbed & dried the bag in case I was stuck with it. The resolution from the company was of no use to me, no alternative offered. Don't feel a valued customer at all.
