The item was not sent. It was supposed to be a 48 hour delivery. When I asked what had happened, I had a perfectly reasonable response. Still nothing arrived, but I was then offered alternative products, none of which I wanted. To cut a long story short, I asked for a refund, to which they agreed, but then, I was sent an unpleasant and accusative message (see screenshots below).
