I can't fault the shipping experience, the product arrived on time, however the book was marked as "very good" quality with no obvious stains. However the book was filthy, with something akin to fly poo or nicotine on it, I'm glad I opened it before my daughter as it was for her and I wouldn't want a 6 year old touching that (or anyone for that matter).Why aren't the books at least given a once over with an antibacterial wipe before being sent out?
