This is a real shop, with one brick and mortar location. They know equipment and sell OEM parts at retail price. The quality and service are excellent but they do not have multiple warehouses filled will low-priced Chinese parts that can be delivered in 2 days. I'm thankful such shops still exist. When possible they ship via USPS, which can be slow.
