Sadly the item did not arrive as it got lost in the post, and still is out there somewhere.
HOWEVER INTRA LABORATORIES LTD WERE VERY FRIENDLY WHEN I CONTACTED THEM AND ACTED AT ONCE TO SEE THAT I GOT THE PECTIN POWDER THE NEXT DAY, WHICH I CAN ONLY SAY IS GREAT SERVICE.
THEY WERE IN CONTACT AFTER ALSO TO SEE I WAS HAPPY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AS THE PECTIN SET OUR JAM VERY WELL.
