The printer surprised myself and Larry with the unexpected hardware issue that rose after 30 days. Larry and I were in contact about the issue and he did try to assist. I ended up taking the printer to a local repair shop but the potential problems and cost to fix were prohibitive. Larry went above and beyond to assist with repair shop fee. He was under no obligation to do so. However that is and example of a very fair business owner.

I explained to Larry he was gonna drive 5 hours to replace it. But we settled it. Not many sellers would go the extra mile. I wish more sellers were like Larry. I def will reach out to him again.
