      Completely wrong tie delivered. Even asked to pay for expedited shipping as this was for a wedding. Seller responsive however sent the wront item. I will be requesting a full refund.

      The item sent is exactly the one pictured in the listing. The buyer has mistaken the label on the plastic sleeve to be the tie that was sent; it was simply an extra sleeve I had available. The item was also shipped within hours of it being purchased using the service selected by the buyer. This is bad faith negative feedback and I suspect the buyer is attempting to abuse the system after they used it once for the wedding.
