    RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY WHICH WAS REASONABLE SHIPPING TIME. THE FRONT OF THE STONE I ORDERED WAS GREAT BUT THE BACK OF THE STONE WAS NOT FINISHED COMPLETELY. THERE WAS ABOUT AN INCH THAT HAD CHIPPED OFF AND WASN'T EVEN WITH THE BACK SERVICE. THE MISSING PORTION WAS NOT IN THE PACKING SO IT WAS SHIPPED DEFECTIVE. I THINK I WILL STILL BE ABLE TO USE THE STONE BUT IT WILL BE TRICKY TO DESIGN AROUND THE DEFECTIVE PORTION TO MAKE A PENDANT.
