The hardware connecting the adjustable "grabbers) was not new and in two of the four cases the screws were defective. Rather than try to have this remedied by the seller who already had announced that these were "new" I chose to replace all 4 of the screws with stainless steel 8-32 x 1/2" allen head screws and stainless lock washers. I how have two full systems... one 13 year old problem free, and one 2 day old twice repaired one.
