- i***s (140)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI received item damaged 12th May informed seller and they said they would issue partial refund- I said I didn’t want that I wanted a new doll as it’s for my disabled daughter she doesn’t play with them she collects and displays them . They said they would send out a new doll and compensation. I’ve had neither and their messages say just give us time again and again. I just want a replacement doll and for them to confirm it’s been sent out

Spike on top is NOT correct. Stained, dirty and photos listed are taken from other ppl. Poor customer service asking for pictures, even after they are provided. Seller argues and refuses to provide a return label. They offer PayPal money for cost of shipping -- if you believe that they'd actually follow through on that ... well. Wake up and DON'T buy here! Not worth it.
