The items arrived intact in a timely manner, however one of the items was missing the 4kUHD disc, which happened to be the movie that was mentioned in the title and description. I asked for a small partial refund since the missing movie was $25 to replace and still no adequate response back from the seller. The same was offered to this person, but they have so far refused, instead repeatedly demanding a 50% refund on a claimed issue of 10% of the lot. I would advise against selling lots to this individual, as they are a high risk for attempting further partial refund scams.
