The hole where the dowel goes was too small and had to be drilled out to fit. The starter is too close to the flywheel and the starter sticks. I will need to pull the plate back off and slot the holes to increase the starter to flywheel clearance to fix this. This is a good idea and it will work well once I get it modified. Hopefully the seller will put a little more testing time in this so it won't have to be modified to work.
