My only issue is this extender is obsolete. It is old technology and no longer works with Verizon. I had a concern it might be. But with all the people selling them on Ebay I took the chance. I am not complaining.....I am not going to bother returning it, but I did throw it away. The unit was in perfect condition and the item was shipped very carefully. I would definitely buy from this person again
