Open box to me means all factory pieces that would be in the new sealed box will still come with the product just not sealed condition. Charger did not come with factory power brick or factory cord, it came with a random Samsung brick, which doesn’t even produce enough power to operate the charger, and a 1 foot very thin usb c cord. Reached out to seller with no response. Inaccurate description of product. I know what comes with it because I bought my wife it new a few years ago.
