S/he decided to cancel my order since I noted if the ornament was not pristine, then I would send it back. I found another seller that had the same item and is brand new.

Yes, I cancelled the order bc the buyer stated it had to be in pristine condition or she was sending it back. I told her I don’t accept returns, that I would send additional photos, if she wanted them. She did not ask for additional photos and just said she would request a refund, if not pristine. The ornament was brand new. But I said I was not going to pay for shipping to send it to her, so she could look at it, and then pay for shipping again to
send it back to me.
