Device was almost exactly as described, cleaned thoroughly (or so I assume), packaged beautifully, and shipped in an acceptable time frame . The one discrepancy is that the product description did not specify if it was NVME. It simply stated that it an SSD, of which I believe it is technically not wrong. However, I do find it unintentionally misleading. I had bought this computer with the intention of upgrading it. Had I bought the storage prior to opening it up I would have wasted my money.

The computer was in excellent condition. It was shipped in a good sized box with protective packaging so it arrived intact. It was well packaged and protected. Everything was as described and I am happy with my purchase. They shipped very quickly and supplied tracking through USPS. Better than I expected.
