Seller didn’t package correctly and items were damaged. Seller was rude and did everything they could. To not pay and blamed me for it. I had to file a claim and finally block the seller because they were so desperate over a $15 sale. I sent pics immediately and showed the damage. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stated it was my fault and my only mistake was buying from them!

Items were packaged correctly per USPS recommendations. Bagged, Boxed and had outer cardboard package. Buyer requested a refund, no issue. I requested pictures of the products and packaging because the item was insured. Also asked it all three bottles were damaged or just one. Made buyer furious that I would ask such questions. Buyer's story had 6 discrepancies. Buyer just wanted immediate refund without return or full proof of damage.

Seller falsely advertised the ink cartridges and they turned out to be different sizes too. He said they were CL-246 but they just 246 and he said all 3 are the same but clearly they were not, different styles and different sizes. None worked in the printer it was suppose to work with. See pics. Would not do it again and he is uncooperative, seeking refund.
